Return Process

Please pack the item securely and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refund Options

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise approved. Shipping fees and applicable restocking charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged/defective, contact support immediately. After validation, a replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable.

Eligible Items for Return

• Unused and unopened materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
